THE PONIES

Misty

is an albino (white with blue eyes) and gets freckles on his nose in The sun. He came from a rescue home (ILPH) and has been with us for 15 years now. He has taught many children to ride but now, At nearly 35, he is retired.

Swallow

is an Eriskay pony. She is now 10 years old and came down from Scotland when she was 11 months old. She is very friendly and loves to be talked to.
Eriskay ponies as a breed, have been rescued from extinction and are registered with the Rare Breeds Survival Trust, as an endangered species. They came from the Scottish island of Eriskay where they lived by the back door of the croft doing all the work and loving the company of people.
